Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident shopping with Kate & Lola Luxury. Because our items are pre-owned luxury goods, each piece may show signs of previous use. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph the condition of each item.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all Kate & Lola Luxury tags, authentication materials, and included accessories attached or included.
To request a return, please email katelolaluxury@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or materially different from its description. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Kate & Lola Luxury.
Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags or authentication materials may not be eligible for a refund.
